| Range of Motion(ROM) Exercises | ROM exercises are physical movements designed to keep the body flexible, especially if there is a medical problem that restricts normal movement or exercise. |

| Readmission rate | The BAYADA readmission rate is the percentage of home health clients who are readmitted to the hospital within 30 days of discharge. |
| Referral | A referral is a written order from a person's primary care doctor to see a specialist. |
| Rehabilitative services | Rehabilitative services are health care services that help a person keep, reattain, or improve skills and functioning for daily living that has been lost or impaired because of injury or illness. These services may include physical and occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and psychiatric rehabilitation services in a variety of inpatient and/or outpatient settings. |
